| anyone know somewhere that does tyre patches/internal plugs for bike tyres??? last guy I used closed up shop an I got a thorn on a new rear tyre | |

| wilber out at main motorcycles done one for me a while back.! been a while since i got a tyre plugged, the 1 before that was a garage in ballymoney they done it no probs! give me the old " that will take you home, but change the tyre" ! you try the usual places in antrim.. kerrs? antrim tyre company? | |

| yeah but they were gonna plug it but not do the internal plug and patch. plug will get you home but used to plug an patch all the time an never had a problem.gonna buy a tyre bead breaker an balancer myself soon so no more running for other ppl to do it. | |

| We do tyres, but currently don't repair. DT Tyres, miora Road Lisburn, he repairs any tyres I need done. You need to be careful about where on the tyre the damage is, it needs to be in the centre 3rd of the treaaad & not more than 30 degree angle or the tyre is scrap.

| Has to be one of the biggest pains in the arse for a motorcycle owner. Flat tyres cost a fortune to replace. | |

| yeah think its close enough to the center for a fix. would love to know where Im getting them, got so many thorns in rear tyres I have lost count. this year alone is my third flat. | |

| got mine sorted now,went to riverside tyres in ballyclare. fellow biker doing the tyre work(R1 rider), £6 an im back on the road. also sells bike tyres so have to get a few quotes when im back on the road after winter, the sides of my front are a wee bit wasted lol | |
