yeah no probs,look at the angle of the bike. his mate behind doing the same speed and only dragging knee but watch the slow mo at the end and look at his left hand,he is pushing is elbow out that much that his hand is 90 degrees to the bar.....look at the pic
thats why on the way down he does not drag his right elbow as he cant operate the throttle with his hand at that angle

its the hanging off that makes it look better, you took this pic and the camera was level. bikes are near at the same angle but look at how far he is off the bike....the center of his body is beyond the side of the bike and his shoulder is center of the screen.
