| Had two paint jobs done by him now and was not impressed at all  His time for service is worse than ducati's lol and in both cases the lacquer had dirt in it But paintbox done a mighty job on your gixxer  | |

Nice bike, I had one in the past, only problem was Honda hadn't quite got the hang of fuel injection at that time, Power Commander makes a massive difference. Looks well in Repsol colours. Brian | |

Honda always used a propper throttle body set-up, they just didn't do it very well. Yamaha used electronic carbs on the R1 & R6, they actually worked much better than Honda's effort! Brian | |

| i rem the early k series gixers had the twin butterfly
set up which was ment to give them a bit of mid range poke too.
I always rem my cousin had a 01 zx6 an I had the 01 gixer 6 an we
done an old drag run on them,his bike couldnt keep up with the gixer.
only could keep up if he slipstreamed. | |
